Daddy seems very sad and weak this morning. He said he just didn't feel good and his head is hurting him really bad. Dr. Chen is going to try a different medication for the headaches.
Dr. Chen is calling in a heart specialist for Daddy because his heart started beating fast and irregular last night. He still feels that Daddy's lungs are the biggest problem right now. He order another chest x-ray, but we haven't gotten any results yet. Daddy's white count has been going up a little each day this week. He started at 8.9 on Monday and is at 10.6 today so there is something going on there that hasn't been found yet. Not sure what his red count is today.
The Respiratory Therapist was going to try taking him off the CPAP for a little while this morning, but Daddy is just too weak right now so they left him on it. Right now (1:16 p.m.) he's sleeping very soundly.
I'll update again this evening if there is any changes. Otherwise it will be tomorrow afternoon before I get to post again.
